Room Tariffs

  • All charges are per person per night (pppn) and include full English breakfast
  • Discounted rates may apply for longer stays; in off-peak periods; or if ‘continental’ style breakfast is taken
  • A minimum 2 night booking applies throughout the year
  • Supplements may apply for single night bookings during these periods  
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking

Enquiries and Booking Procedure

Check Availability

To check availability of rooms, please either:

 

  • Use the 'Check-Bar' below and select your arrival date & the number of nights you require and then click on 'check availability' or

  • Ring us directly on 01202-699 669, particularly with any unusual or complex arrangements.

Enquiries/Bookings

  • If the Check Bar shows a green tick to denote that the room is available or there is a blue question mark, then please either :

    • Phone us directly on 01202-699 669, or...

    • Click on the ‘enquiry’ button within the availability table to bring up a form to submit an email request to us. Please include details of the number of guests (with ages of children) and any other pertinent information in the ‘Message’ field. We will respond by phone or email to confirm costs and answer any questions you may have.

Deposit Payment

Once the booking is confirmed, we will request a deposit of 25% of the overall cost of the stay to secure your room. You can pay this by sending a cheque in the post or, if preferred, you can pay by credit or debit card using the PayPal link below. You do not need a PayPal account to use this method of payment.

By paying a deposit you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of booking, as shown below.

Balance Payment

The balance of the cost of your stay is payable by cash or cheque on arrival.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions of booking are outlined below:             

Arrival:

Check-in times are from 4pm until 9pm on the day of arrival. If you anticipate arriving after 9pm then this should be confirmed with us in advance of your stay. Should you be unexpectedly delayed en route, please contact us to let us know an approximate revised arrival time.

Departure:

Please be ready to vacate your room by 10.30am on the day of departure, in order to allow us to turnaround the room in readiness for the next guests.

Cancellations:

If the event of cancellation of your stay, the number of days notice given will determine the charges that will apply, as follows:

Every effort will be made to re-let the room, but if this is unsuccessful, then 60% of the overall cost of the stay is payable less the deposit paid, if applicable

Curtailment of stay:

If you decide to reduce the length of your stay, every effort will be made to re-let the room for the day(s) not required. However if this is unsuccessful, then the number of days notice given will determine the charges that will apply, as follows:

No shows
:

If guests fail to arrive, 60% of the overall cost of the stay will be payable less the deposit paid, if applicable.

Occupancy changes:

If alterations to room occupancy are required after the initial booking agreement, please notify us as soon as possible (not less than 24 hours prior to arrival) in order to discuss the revised requirements.

  • Additional guests – we will try to accommodate additional guests within your suite if circumstances allow.  The cost of the additional guest will be in accordance with the tariff for the suite.

  • Reduced number of guests – the price for the adult or child no longer staying will be deducted from the nightly tariff, however the minimum charge for the room may then apply. 

Liability:

No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any accident, injury, loss or damage, howsoever caused, to guests and their property and vehicles during their stay at Elms Lodge.

WiFi Usage:

The Wireless Broadband Internet service is provided free of charge on the following basis:

We cannot guarantee:

  • the availability of the service

  • the speed at which information is transmitted

  • that the service will be compatible with your equipment or the software that you use.

It is your responsibility to protect your information and have adequate security to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your information and data.

You must not use the service to access internet services or send/ receive emails, which:

  • are defamatory or threatening

  • contain obscene or abusive language or material

  • contain pornographic material

  • contain offensive or derogatory images

  • engage in any activity which constitutes a criminal offence
